Most people find Hearally while thinking about someone else, not themselves. Here is what it gives you, and why the way it works makes the conversation easier rather than harder.

Stop guessing
“Everything okay?” “Fine.” Instead of that, you hear what actually came up - the appointment on Thursday, the plumber, the call from someone claiming to be the bank.
For them
Nobody is taking over
They hold the account. They choose what you hear, and they can switch any of it off. It is help, not a handover - which is usually why they say yes.

Fewer awkward check-ins
You call because you want to, not to find out whether something happened. The conversation can be about something other than checking up.
How setting it up actually works
You cannot sign someone up. They create the account and name you as an ally, and you confirm before anything reaches you. It sounds like friction. It is the whole reason this works: a product someone agreed to is a product still switched on in six months.
You can absolutely do the setting up together - most people do. Sit with them, go through what gets shared, and let them press the buttons. They will see a real example of what you would receive before they agree to anything, so there are no surprises later.

Your own words are enough
When a call pushes you, you usually say so out loud: “You want my whole card number?” “Gift cards? That doesn’t sound right.” Hearally is built around what you say, and passes along what came up, in plain words, to the people you chose.
The same goes for the rest of the day: the appointment you confirm, the ride you ask for, the news you share.

You sign up. You are the account holder. You own the data and you set the rules. Nobody signs up on your behalf.

You name your allies - whoever you’d want to know, family or not. They need no account, no app and no device. Just an email address.

Your private life stays private
The part most products get wrong.
Some things never leave
A film playing in the next room never becomes an item. Neither does a row, a bathroom remark, venting about the very person who’d read it, or any topic you name. No ally can turn this off. The one exception: a caller pressing for money or details, or a request for help, is always passed on.
You see what was held back
Everything the filter held back is listed for you, and only you. One tap sends it anyway if you disagree.
It learns what was nothing
When an ally says “this was nothing”, the next thing like it waits for the daily list, unless something new comes up. You see everything it has learned, and can undo any of it.
Open models, not a chatbot company
Speech is transcribed by NVIDIA’s open Parakeet model, on servers we run on Nebius. Deciding what is worth passing on uses NVIDIA’s open Nemotron model, hosted by Nebius. None of it goes to a consumer chatbot.
Account numbers are silenced in the audio itself, not just the text, and the unredacted original is deleted as soon as that is done. Raw transcripts are never kept.
You can read what your allies heard at any time. Removing an ally stops their link working at once, history included.

A small pin you clip on or wear on a lanyard, or a flat card you carry. It records what you say through the day: the appointment you mention, the plan you make, the question you ask out loud.

Pair it with its app
For a Plaud, Plaud’s own app connects your recorder to your phone and keeps your recordings.

Connect it to Hearally
Sign in to Plaud once, from your Hearally dashboard. After that, new recordings come in by themselves about every 15 minutes: no computer and nothing to export. Only recordings made after you connect are brought in. This way of connecting is a preview: Plaud has not yet published terms for services like Hearally using it.

Only record what you have the legal right to record: some places, including several US states, require everyone in a conversation to agree to being recorded. You are responsible for recording lawfully. Plaud and Bee are trademarks of their owners; Hearally is not affiliated with either.
Everyone agrees, including your allies
Before an ally receives anything, they confirm by link that they understand what Hearally is - and what it isn’t. Nobody is handed a duty they didn’t accept. You can remove an ally at any time, and their link stops working at once.
What Hearally is not
We would rather you knew this before signing up than after. Before any recording comes in, you read these and tick one box to agree.
- Not an emergency service. Nobody is standing by. In an emergency, call 911.
- Not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any health condition.
- It reports what was said - it does not detect what happened. No falls, no accidents, no illness.
- It will miss things, and it will sometimes pass along something that turns out to be nothing.
- Care decisions are yours.
